Has your computer ever just "died?"  Or, have you come in and found it powered off, and it won't power on?  Chances are it's simply a power supply -- they tend to go out every few years.  We can replace your power supply and have you back up and running within minutes (ATX power supplies only; specialty power supplies may take longer).

Does your computer run a lot slower than it used to?  Are you getting strange messages?  Do you enter a domain name but go to the wrong website?  We can fix it.

We charge $75 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, plus a $20 trip charge (Ellis County, south Dallas County;  other areas are higher).  Many problems can be resolved on-site;  virus removal usually requires us to take your machine for approximately 24 hours.  Parts and sales tax additional.  Volume discount maintenance programs are available.

Our tech manager is a former city councilman, so he understands the purchasing requirements of municipalities and schools.  He has worked with computer systems, including mainframes, since 1974.  He has installed mainframe software on the system that runs the space shuttle in Clear Lake (Houston) and has taught computer software at White Sands Missile Range.
